Yes, you do not need a coach to use the platform. Register as an athlete and start creating your own workouts.
If you are a coach, you can also create sessions for yourself by selecting yourself in the athlete list.
Yes, you can connect your Strava account. When you upload a new workout to Strava, Training Monkeys checks whether a matching planned workout exists on that date and fills in the data. Optionally, it can create one automatically.
Yes, you can create training groups and add athletes. Create one session and copy it automatically to every athlete in the group, while still being able to adjust each session individually.

Yes, you can import Training Monkeys workouts into your regular agenda using a web calendar. Copy the link from settings and import it into the calendar you normally use.
We support calendars such as iCloud Calendar, Google Calendar, and Outlook Calendar.
Not yet. It is currently not possible to search for or hire coaches through Training Monkeys, but it is high on our improvement list.
